EchoMP Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains prohibited activities and conduct when using EchoMP.
All users, creators, partners, affiliates, customers, and visitors must comply with this Policy.
Violation of this Policy may result in:
- content removal;
- persona removal;
- account suspension;
- account termination;
- earnings forfeiture;
- referral program removal;
- legal action; or
- reporting to authorities where required.
EchoMP reserves the right to determine whether conduct violates this Policy.
2. General Rule
Users may not use EchoMP in any manner that:
- violates applicable law;
- violates the rights of others;
- threatens safety;
- causes harm;
- creates legal risk;
- creates reputational risk;
- creates operational risk;
- violates provider requirements; or
- interferes with the Services.
3. Unauthorized Impersonation
Users may not create, operate, distribute, monetize, or share personas that:
- impersonate another individual without authorization;
- misrepresent identity;
- falsely claim affiliation;
- falsely claim endorsement;
- falsely claim sponsorship;
- falsely claim employment relationships;
- falsely claim credentials.
Users are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions required to create personas based on real individuals.
4. Voice and Likeness Abuse
Users may not:
- clone voices without authorization;
- use photographs without authorization;
- use likenesses without authorization;
- use images without authorization;
- use recordings without authorization;
- use names without authorization where rights exist;
- create deceptive synthetic media.
Users must possess all necessary rights and permissions before using any voice, image, likeness, video, or related content.
5. Deepfakes and Deceptive Content
Users may not create, publish, distribute, or monetize content intended to:
- deceive others regarding identity;
- impersonate real persons;
- mislead consumers;
- manipulate public opinion unlawfully;
- facilitate fraud;
- facilitate scams;
- facilitate financial deception;
- facilitate identity theft.
EchoMP may remove deceptive content regardless of whether the content is technically lawful.
6. Fraud and Financial Misconduct
Users may not use the Services for:
- fraud;
- scams;
- deceptive sales practices;
- phishing;
- financial manipulation;
- pyramid schemes;
- unauthorized investment advice;
- illegal financial services;
- payment fraud;
- chargeback abuse;
- money laundering activities.
7. Intellectual Property Violations
Users may not upload, generate, distribute, reproduce, monetize, or otherwise use content that infringes:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- patents;
- publicity rights;
- privacy rights;
- trade secrets;
- contractual rights;
- proprietary rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights to content used through the Services.
8. Harassment and Harmful Conduct
Users may not use the Services to:
- harass others;
- threaten others;
- intimidate others;
- stalk others;
- bully others;
- encourage violence;
- encourage self-harm;
- encourage criminal activity;
- target protected groups;
- engage in hateful conduct.
EchoMP may remove content that creates a risk of harm even where such content may otherwise be lawful.
9. Privacy Violations
Users may not:
- disclose private information without authorization;
- collect personal information unlawfully;
- record communications unlawfully;
- monitor individuals unlawfully;
- distribute confidential information without authorization;
- engage in unauthorized surveillance.
Users remain responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, recording, consent, and communications laws.
10. Provider Protection
Users may not engage in conduct that may violate the requirements, restrictions, acceptable use rules, safety policies, or contractual obligations of EchoMP's providers, vendors, infrastructure partners, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, voice providers, avatar providers, or related service providers.
EchoMP may remove content or terminate access where activity creates risk to EchoMP's provider relationships.
EchoMP's determination regarding provider-related risk shall be final.
11. Adult and Mature Content
EchoMP may permit certain mature content experiences where expressly authorized by EchoMP and where permitted by applicable law.
Regardless of any permitted mature content categories, users may not:
- create non-consensual sexual content;
- create sexual content involving minors;
- create exploitative sexual content;
- create coercive sexual content;
- create incest-related content;
- create sexual violence content;
- create bestiality-related content;
- create content promoting sexual exploitation;
- create content that violates applicable law.
EchoMP reserves the right to determine whether mature content is permitted on the platform.
EchoMP may modify, restrict, suspend, or remove mature-content categories at any time.
12. Child Safety
Users may not create, distribute, promote, request, generate, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material;
- child exploitation material;
- grooming behavior;
- sexualized depictions of minors;
- trafficking-related content involving minors;
- content encouraging abuse of minors.
Any suspected violations may be reported to law enforcement, regulators, service providers, or appropriate organizations.
Accounts may be terminated immediately.
13. Illegal Activities
Users may not use EchoMP to:
- violate laws;
- facilitate crimes;
- promote criminal activity;
- evade law enforcement;
- traffic illegal goods;
- engage in human trafficking;
- facilitate illegal gambling;
- facilitate illegal drug activity;
- facilitate unlawful weapons activity;
- facilitate fraud or theft.
EchoMP may cooperate with lawful investigations and legal requests where required.
14. Security and Platform Abuse
Users may not:
- attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass security controls;
- probe vulnerabilities;
- interfere with platform operations;
- launch denial-of-service attacks;
- distribute malicious code;
- scrape data without authorization;
- automate activity in violation of platform rules;
- reverse engineer platform systems;
- attempt to obtain confidential platform information.
EchoMP may immediately terminate accounts engaged in security abuse.
15. Spam, Manipulation, and Artificial Activity
Users may not:
- send spam;
- create fake engagement;
- manipulate rankings;
- generate fake reviews;
- create fake referrals;
- abuse referral programs;
- abuse monetization systems;
- create duplicate accounts for deceptive purposes;
- manipulate credits, earnings, commissions, or payouts.
EchoMP may reverse earnings, commissions, rewards, credits, or benefits obtained through abuse.
16. Medical, Legal, Financial, and Professional Activities
Users may not represent AI Personas as licensed professionals unless legally authorized.
Users may not falsely claim:
- medical qualifications;
- legal qualifications;
- accounting qualifications;
- financial qualifications;
- regulatory certifications;
- professional licenses.
Where AI Personas discuss professional topics, users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.
EchoMP does not verify professional qualifications.
17. Political and Election-Related Activities
Users may not use the Services to:
- misrepresent election information;
- impersonate candidates;
- impersonate government officials;
- misrepresent voting procedures;
- engage in unlawful political manipulation;
- create deceptive political communications;
- violate election laws.
EchoMP may remove political content that creates legal, regulatory, reputational, or public-interest concerns.
18. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure Requirements
Where required by applicable law, users must clearly disclose that interactions involve artificial intelligence, synthetic media, automated communications, avatars, or AI-generated content.
Users may not intentionally conceal the artificial nature of a persona where doing so would:
- violate law;
- create deception;
- mislead consumers;
- facilitate fraud;
- create material confusion.
Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable disclosure obligations.
19. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations of this Policy.
Reports may include concerns relating to:
- impersonation;
- intellectual property violations;
- privacy violations;
- harassment;
- fraud;
- security abuse;
- deceptive content;
- child safety concerns;
- unlawful activity.
EchoMP may investigate reports and take action at its discretion.
20. Enforcement and Appeals
EchoMP may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Enforcement actions may include:
- warnings;
- content removal;
- persona removal;
- earnings suspension;
- referral program suspension;
- account suspension;
- account termination;
- reporting to providers;
- reporting to authorities where appropriate.
EchoMP is not required to provide warnings before taking action.
Users may submit appeals where EchoMP chooses to provide an appeal process.
EchoMP's decisions regarding platform safety, provider protection, moderation, and risk management shall be final.
21. Policy Updates
EchoMP may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Updated versions may be published through the Services or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Services following publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of the Policy.
