EchoMP does not guarantee that all live interactions are retained, recorded, or stored.

Where recordings or logs are retained, retention periods may vary based on operational, legal, security, moderation, or support requirements.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable recording, consent, disclosure, privacy, and communications laws.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When users access the Services, certain information may be collected automatically.

6. AI Models and Training

EchoMP does not currently use private customer content, conversations, uploaded files, persona knowledge, memories, or account data to train EchoMP-owned artificial intelligence models.

However, EchoMP utilizes third-party service providers and artificial intelligence providers to deliver portions of the Services.

The collection, processing, retention, and use of information by such providers may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Users are encouraged to review applicable third-party policies where relevant.

EchoMP may update its practices regarding artificial intelligence development, model training, or service improvement in the future. If material changes occur, EchoMP will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices required by applicable law.

EchoMP may engage third-party providers to assist in delivering the Services.

Depending on the Services used, such providers may include:

  • support AI Personas;
  • fulfill legal obligations;
  • prevent fraud;
  • investigate misuse;
  • resolve disputes;

  • maintain security;
  • operate backup and disaster recovery systems.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, applicable legal requirements, operational needs, and user activity.

When accounts are deleted, certain information may remain in backup systems, archives, logs, security records, compliance records, fraud-prevention systems, or disaster recovery systems for a reasonable period.

EchoMP may permanently delete information that is no longer required for legal, operational, security, or business purposes.

9. Cookies and Analytics

EchoMP may use cookies, local storage technologies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

Where required by law, EchoMP will take reasonable measures to implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

EchoMP will respond to requests in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

However, no security system can guarantee absolute security.

Users acknowledge that internet transmissions, electronic communications, cloud services, and third-party systems involve inherent risks.

EchoMP cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, cyber incidents, security breaches, or other security events will never occur.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, credentials, accounts, and communications.

14. Children’s Privacy

EchoMP is not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law.

Users must satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in the Terms of Service.

EchoMP does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If EchoMP becomes aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, EchoMP may take steps to remove the information and terminate the associated account.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information improperly may contact EchoMP.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy and Contact Information

EchoMP may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When material changes are made, EchoMP may provide notice through the Services, by email, or through other reasonable means where required by law.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
