EchoMP Safety & Reporting

You may report:

• Impersonation — A persona appears to be pretending to be another individual without authorization.
• Unauthorized Voice or Likeness Use — A persona appears to use someone’s image, voice, likeness, identity, or personal information without permission.
• Fraud or Deceptive Activity — A persona appears to be misleading users, impersonating a business, promoting scams, or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
• Harassment or Abuse — A persona engages in threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful behavior.
• Privacy Concerns — A persona discloses personal, confidential, or private information without authorization.
• Intellectual Property Concerns — A persona appears to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Child Safety Concerns — Any content involving the exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of minors.
• Other Policy Violations — Any activity that may violate EchoMP’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Persona & Likeness Policy.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Persona name
• Persona link or URL
• Description of the concern
• Supporting screenshots or evidence (if available)

EchoMP may:

• review the report;
• request additional information;
• temporarily restrict content;
• investigate the matter;
• remove content;
• remove a persona;
• suspend an account;
• take other actions as appropriate.

If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or appropriate authorities before submitting a report to EchoMP.
